So every year for my mil's birthday she invites us and some family and friend's over for her birthday. Where she has to clean, prepare and cook. We decided to throw her a party for change and I think everything came out great.
Since her birthday is in August, I decided on a luau theme. I made the yummiest pina colada cupcakes with toasted coconut, topped with banana runts. Went with Subway for the food. When you order there big sub you can get the bread braided, which is white and wheat mixed. Really good and looks nice too. It was a new subway so they threw in a order of cookies for free.
It was a nice evening, we listened to reggae, relaxed in the yard to tiki torches and my mother in law didn't have to cook or clean which is how it should be on your birthday!!!
