New Party for 2010! Race Car Party!

So I have one more birthday party planned for 2010. It's for my son Noah who is turning 5 in November. He has been back and forth between Race Car theme and Construction theme. Finally he has decided on Race Car theme. There is no going back now, I have already starting buying and reserving stuff. I love this theme and i'm having a blast planning it!
It's months away but I love having everything done early. Today I reserved the jumper he wanted, and called the race car train place. The race car train can take 18 kids around the neighborhood in race cars.
I'm ordering the invitations from Vista Print. They are so cute.
I was going to stick to red, black, white, and silver highlights for the party. But after researching stuff I'm going for red, blue, green, yellow, black, white with silver and gold touches.
I'm going to do a candy and toy bar. I found race car gummies, race cars filled with candy, bubbles, tire gum, and chocolate racers. I'm going to put out little trophies too.
Thinking about doing box lunches for everyone.Maybe uncrustables, ham and cheese croissants, chips and juice. It's easy and I can do them with my hubby the night before. I'm expecting a big turnout for this party. He starts kindergarten this year so I wanna invite some kids from school. He also plays soccer so I wanna invite them too. Along with our family, friends and neighbors too.
